Our home for milongas and practicas is the Albuquerque Square Dance Center (ASDC), 4909 Hawkins St. in Albuquerque 87109. ASDC is near I-25 and San Antonio/Ellison. ASDC Website
Please note: TCA currently requires that all attendees show proof of vaccination for every event. Proof can be in the form of the original COVID-19 vaccination record card, a photocopy of the card*, or a picture of the card on the attendee's cell phone.

Albuquerque OpenTango Tango Beginner Social Class + Dance, Wednesday, February 1, 7:00-9:30pm at Juno Brewery + Cafe + Art, 1501 1st St. NW 87102 in Albuquerque. Host: Simona Faro. ATA's (All Tango Albuquerque's) Re-Opening Milonga, Sunday, February 5, 4:00-7:00pm at Lloyd Shaw Dance Center, 5506 Coal Ave SE 87108 (near San Mateo & Central). DJ: Richard Womack. ATA's milongas are “mixed music” — a mix of traditional/Golden Era (no more than 1/3), alternative, and Nuevo — DJ’s choice! Shorter tandas for more turnover, with cortinas that don't leave you guessing. ATA's milongas are relaxed and informal, welcoming allstyles of dancing and all kinds of music. "Dance what you hear; dance what you feel. Please move any non-progressive dance like WCS, NC2, rumba, to the center and out of line-of-dance." Light snacks and drink provided. Tango in the Afternoon: Albuquerque workshops for the New Year — Sunday, February 12, 1:00-4:00pm at Albuquerque Square Dance Center, 4915 Hawkins St. NE 87109 in Albuquerque. Two 1 1/4 hr. classes with a break in between. These workshops are designed for those already comfortable with close embrace dancing. We will be focusing on enriching the internal qualities of Milonguero style dancing... with intermediate level figures. $55/afternoon. Film Screening + Open House + Milonga, Sunday, February 26, 12:00-5:30pm at 8719 Central Ave, NE 87123 (NW corner of Central and General Marshall; one block east of Wyoming). A screening of Julie Reichert's film Milonga, an open house for Daniel Boardman's conversion of a 1940s commercial building into live/work studio space, and a milonga with DJ Michelle McRuiz. Schedule: Reception and refreshments, 12:00-12:30pm; Film screening, 12:30-3:10pm; Milonga, 3:15-5:30pm. Dancing on concrete floor; choose your shoes accordingly. Free event. Two Moon Tango Milonga, Saturday, March 18, 7:30-10:30pm at 16 Camino Largo 87507 in Santa Fe (on the south side of Santa Fe, 5 miles past the airport). DJ: Sohrab Soltani.
