Our home for milongas and practicas is the Albuquerque Square Dance Center (ASDC), 4909 Hawkins St. in Albuquerque 87109. ASDC is near I-25 and San Antonio/Ellison. ASDC Website
Please note: ASDC requires everyone who enters the building to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. TCA will require that all attendees show proof of vaccination for every event. Proof can be in the form of the original COVID-19 vaccination record card, a photocopy of the card*, or a picture of the card on the attendee's cell phone. Mask wearing is supported, but not currently required (as of 2/17/2022).

June 3: Michelle McRuiz | What Tango DJs Do
Michelle McRuiz has been a tango DJ for 12 years. In this chat, she'll talk about what it takes to become a tango DJ, how DJs prepare — musically, technically, and mentally — for DJing an event, and what habits and characteristics make a tango DJ stand out from the throng.
This chat is for anyone who is already a tango DJ, who is thinking about becoming one, or who just loves tango music and/or the work that tango DJs do.
